I looked at the return policy before placing an order it made me back out. The rules feel really limited and not very customer-friendly, especially when you’re buying jewelry online and can’t know for sure how the size or style will look in person. That’s already a bit of a gamble. And if something does go wrong, I don’t want to just get one of those canned “sorry for the inconvenience” replies with no real help behind it. With a return policy like this, I don’t feel comfortable buying.

I got a pair of earrings from zerakijewels.com and I’m really happy with them. I wore them all day, from the morning until evening, and at some point I actually forgot they were even in. The little things stood out to me too, the backs didn’t poke, they didn’t feel heavy on my lobes, and there was no itchy feeling after a few hours like I sometimes get with other earrings. They just sat nicely and felt easy to wear. Definitely comfy for everyday use

I bought this bracelet because the listing said it was silver, but it got dull really quickly and started leaving green marks on my skin. I waited quite a while to hear back from customer support, which was frustrating, and when they finally replied they just said it was normal. it doesn’t feel authentic to me.

I’ve been waiting for weeks now and still haven’t gotten a proper exchange sorted out. It’s been really frustrating and way more of a hassle than it shouldve been

I ordered from zerakijewels.com and did get the confirmation email quickly, so at first I figured everything was moving along normally.
After that though, there hasn’t been much communication, and something feels off. Maybe the order will still show up just fine, but the lack of updates is making me a little uneasy. It’s not a terrible experience, just not very reassuring so far.

I ordered this bracelet because it looked really in the photos, like the kind of piece you could wear with jeans, a simple dress, a work outfit, or even layer with other bracelets. In person, though, it felt a lot cheaper than I expected. The color wasn’t as bright or polished, more kind of dull, and the clasp started feeling loose after just a few wears, like when I wore it to dinner, to run errands, and just around the house.

For the price, I thought the quality would be better. It’s not awful or completely unusable, and the design is still nice, but the finishing just isn’t there. Things like the clasp, the shine, the weight, and the overall feel could all be improved. I probably wouldn’t buy again unless they make it feel a bit sturdier and more polished.

I gave it 4 stars because, to me, the color looked almost the same as the pictures, just a tiny bit lighter in person. I still really like it and I’m happy with my purchase

It came in a decent gift box and looked fine to give as a present, so no real complaints there. I guess I just expected the presentation to feel a bit more special. After dealing with so many orders and returns lately, I didn’t really have the energy to make a big thing out of it. It’s not bad at all, just kind of average.
